Terms of Use

Terms of use for waterdamagerestorationenglewoodco.com. Effective October 31, 2026.

Agreement

By using waterdamagerestorationenglewoodco.com (the "site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

General information only

Articles, checklists and answers on the site are general information about water damage, mold, sewage and fire cleanup. They are not legal, insurance, medical, electrical or engineering advice. Every home, policy and situation is different. For safety concerns, contact the right professional or emergency service. If you smell gas or see sparks near water, leave the building and call 911 and your utility.

Estimates and services

Information on the site about how restoration works or what affects cost is not a quote. Any work we do is covered by a separate written estimate or agreement signed before work begins, and that agreement controls if it differs from the site.

Phone calls and requests

When you call or send a request, you agree that we may contact you about your request by phone or text at the number you gave. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop at any time. Calls may be recorded for quality and training where the law allows and where you are told at the start of the call.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site. That includes trying to break its security, sending spam or false requests, scraping it in a way that harms its performance or using it for anything illegal.

Intellectual property

The text, graphics, logo and design of the site belong to Englewood Dry Pros. You may share links and quote short passages with credit. Please don't copy whole pages.

The site links to outside websites for reference. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.

Disclaimer and limit of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, Englewood Dry Pros is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or relying on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Colorado law that can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed.
